CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Hess Beauty Bar values your business and asks that you respect our business scheduling policy. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or if you need to reschedule. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice are subject to paying 25% of the services reserved. If you NO call & NO show an appointment you will be charged 50% of the services reserved.
