All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days due to high order volume. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Free local pickup is available at Hess Beauty Bar. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If your order includes multiple items, in-stock items may ship separately.
If an item in your order is out of stock, you will receive an email or text update within 1–2 business days. We will provide the following options: wait for restock (we'll share an estimated ship date if available), swap for a similar item of equal value, or receive store credit for the out-of-stock item.
Once orders are shipped, Hess Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, we recommend: checking with neighbors or household members, confirming the shipping address entered at checkout, contacting the shipping carrier directly. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you. if any.
4. Final Sale, Returns, & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare and hygienic regulations, all skincare products, devices, and tools are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened products. We do not offer refunds on purchased products. If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 12 hours, and we will do our best to adjust it before it ships. For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on skincare items. If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number so we can correct it. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details. We will either: replace the item or offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable. HBB is not responsible for adverse or allergic reactions. We encourage all clients to review ingredient lists thoroughly and reach out for personalized guidance if unsure.
5. Not for Resale
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own use only, and not for resale.
